Why would this be such a hard feature to add to the Playstation network. At this present time the only way you can change your ID is to create a new account which means that the user will lose all trophies, game saves and will not even be able to use DLC anymore.

The Xbox Live community has the ability to change their Gamertags yet Sony is still lagging behind. The Playstation community just wants the ability to change their ID or a reason as to why they are not able to.
