The purpose of this petition is to address the following: The transfer of mary to another store due to an alleged personal conflict of interest with her professional responsibilities. We affirm Mary is capable of working in full capacity of her required job duties without compromise. Furthermore, we affirm the controversy does not extend, but not limited to: an undesirable workplace, favoritism, aggravation, jealousy, or conflict of interest. We affirm mary is a very valuable and extremely talented asset to our team. We affirm the transfer of mary would negativly affect the productivity of the workplace and the positive diversity therein. We affirm the workplace overall energy and unique personality would be degraded. We affirm we have been informed of the controversy in question.
