However one may percieve these conditions within our world, there is one certainty that anyone living with a disability faces on a daily basis for the rest of thier lifes . That is the certainty that without any personal or family wealth they face a life of poverty .The primary funcion of this here petition is to set out what i believe the majority of people would see as some sort of standard. STANDARD A the award to anyone diagnosed with a disabilling condition a weekly allowance of no less than the going minnimum wage for one full weeks work ie 40 hours. STANDARD B the award of a housing allowance to anyone who may wish to be married and have children. in good faith thankyou.
