I am asking for support to ban pitbulls in Broward County Florida and at the very least have them banned from any dog parks. Dade County has banned them, and for a good reason. Are we going to wait until another person, small child, or another dog is killed or mamed before we take action? Our beautful lab/coonhound mix , Zoey,was attacked at the Oakland Park Dog Park on Friday November 27th and has not been the same since, nor have we. I know many of you have either been threatened or at least know someone who has been attacked or had their pet attacked by a pitbull. Our children and animals are in grave danger from these dogs that were bred to fight and kill. Please join me in signing this petition to ban pitbulls in Broward County the same way they are banned in Miami Dade County. I thank you for your support in this very important matter.
