Comments: Pit Bulls are absolutely NOT human-aggressive. Their only aggression is directed towards other dogs, and even then, there are plenty of Pit Bulls that are not even dog-aggressive. Owners are responsible for their dogs, consequentially owners should be punished for attacks. That goes for any breed! Yes, even the labs that rip people's faces off. The OWNER'S fault, not the dog's.

Comments: My pitbull is the most sweet loving animal my family has ever had..if raised to be agressive and mean then they will become that...but if you give your dog affection and love it will grow up to be loving..bad pitbulls are only so because their owners have trained them to be that way..and all i have to say is..banning the breed is R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S !

Comments: I am totally against Banning the Breed,Pit Bull. Bad owners create bad dogs. Punish them and not the innocent animals who does not deserve this and deserves a chance just like any other dog breed! WRONG and UNFAIR!!

Comments: my comment is that the ban is inhumane. not all pit-bulls are bad.it is usually the owner(s) that are bad.as people we need to read between the lines as to what really is going on here.perhaps the individual(s) which are stipulating that these dogs are all bad really need to stop and think; measure twice cut once. in addition, corrrupt or greedy political reps should be banned. as a pit-bull owner, they are great animals and they often face a bad rap.perhaps we can pool our efforts together and come up with different alternatives representing a positive solution.please contact me as i wish to help remedy this problem..

Comments: a pit bull ban somewhat protects society against pit bull attacks but how is it going to help when bad owners start buying a different breed, are all dogs going to be banned

Comments: Pit Bulls are among the most friendly breed in the world. Obviously the people trying to banned them don't know two shits about them, and must think that just because disgusting people use them for fighting thats all they are meant for.

Comments: Pit bulls should not be banned. They are not born agressive, they are agressive only because bad owners treat them unfairly or through violence, then they do the same to another person or animal. Its like the bullying cycle. They get bullied mainly by us, then they bully someone else (weaker).

Comments: I used to travel to Toronto a minimum of four times a year for vacation. Since discovering this ban in Ontario, I have chosen to spend my vacations in Quebec instead and will continue to do so and encourage others to avoid Ontario as well, until this law is overturned.

Comments: I am a US citizen living and attending school In London, Ontario. I have a pit bull whom I had to leave in Florida because of this ridiculous and unjust law. He is an incredibly sweet dog and has never attacked any person or other animal. At home he regularly accompanies my friends and me out to the barn to ride, to the beach to swim/surf (he LOVES the water), and to several of the local bars that allow dogs. EVERYONE loves him and frequently inquires where he is if I do not have him with me. I've only ever had one problem with a girl who freaked out upon learning he was a pit bull AFTER she had spent a good ten minutes on the floor playing with him. and yes, he looks like a pit. it only goes to show how naive and ignorant and misinformed the media and the people are about these fantastic animals
