In rock hall MD, pit bulls can't be adopted or sold .Isn't that sad?! they think that all pit bulls are mean.now,some of them are but its not their fault!!!!if all owners of all dogs treated them the right way or at least kept them under control then all dogs would be nice and or plesant.
