We the people of Diamond, City, AR, 72630 demand the Mayor and council presently serving, vote to disconect from the Pipeline water contract, signed by then presiding Mayor Don West who lied to the people, using scare tactics about our well water testing bad, and the pipeline water will be cheaper when in fact the cost has doubled and will continue to increase each year for next forty years which was the the length of current contract with pipeline water

We the people dont feel present city adminstration is taking the city in the right dierection which should be to create a favorable climate for new buisness and new residents to move here, which would be the correct way to grow city income rather than tax us out of our homes with high utility costs.
