True, sometimes kids are just bad and even parents couldn't have prevented that but then why blame Pink It makes no sense but it gives the parents someone to blame. BUT, she cant put her own life on hold to live the perfect life for other teenagers out there, Britney tried that and now shes having a breakdown (sorry Im being serious, i promise!! ) anyways, seriously, its like, Pink is not the soul guardian for thousands of kids out there and the fact that in the US the minute someone in the limelight steps a foot out of line ( not that she did!! ) its like "KILL THEM, THERE HARMING OUR CHILDREN" when in all honesty, its not like shes out there shouting "POP PILLS, DO DRUGS, AND DROP OUTA SCHOOL" anwyay, U get my point! American journalists LOVE to pass the buck, so to speak, blame the state of the world on the nearest pop idol doing there thing! and what they really need to do is take a long hard look around at society, at there own kids, there neighbours kids and realize, underage drinking will happen whether Pinks got a bottle of bear in her hand or not! Its pathetic the way I could be the next big thing, say Im a lesbian and be blamed for all gay teenagers(which im not, thats just an example of what this horribly stupid journalist is doing and i honestly dont know why she was hired, or who would want to read a peice about why someone thinks a singer is the cause of teenage drinking)! now WTF is that all about! i could go on forever about this but i might as well stop now...i got most of it out

I am the mother of 2 children, and I say it is the parents fault for not giving their children good enough self esteem to be able to combat a GROWN WOMAN's choices. Pink is a grown woman and she IS WHO SHE IS, no matter what SOCIETY has to say about it. That is something for our children to look up to. And P!nk's fan base is not about to run out and drink just becuase she does...LOL...that's rediculous. Look at her groups...they are all saying, "she is just herself"...Which is a bigger lesson for young girls to learn. If they learn that, they won't feel ANY pressure from anyone to do anything ever...

    Comments: P!nk does not promote anything, except acceptance of people how they are. She is a result of society and so is her past, she's NOT the cause of it!!!! She in no way promotes kids to get drunk or anything, she's just saying she's been there, like so many of us have, and that she relates to what youth experiences, which is why youth identifies with her, they've shared the same experiences. She's down to earth, real, she didn't grow up in the Mickey Mouse Club, she grew up like the majority of us did to various extents. She gives youth hope, they can identify with her and her experiences and really it just lets youth know that she knows where they're at and what they're feeling, because she's been there too!
