Rossmar has been our management company for some time. We don't think they have been doing a good management job for some time. The landscaping has looked terrible, they can't get items repaired in a timely manner, i.e. broken gates, lights on monuments and must not be driving the property. Attached are picures, all taken on the same day, of our grass and the grass at the Pines at the Raven. There are no more excuses.
