This shows how grossly intolerant some people can be. To also remove someone as a moderator because they don't agree with your opinion on this matter is a further indication of this misuse of authority. The attitude of "MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY" should not be allowed. I feel that whatgall has no idea what the Americans With Disabilities Act is. She should read up on it along with POPCAP They might be in violation of it. Just like certain Politicians only want those who agree with them or their policies that is the way I feel some of the moderators are. I certainly hope that POPCAP will wake up and see the gross unfairness of this attitude of whatgall and her heavy handed use of her authority.Flag

I am not visually impaired, yet I have a hard time reading the small print in the chat, so I can imagine the problems that people who are so would be having. We know the caps are not being used for yelling or abuse, so why look for trouble when it is not there This whole problem could be solved if font size were to be larger such as at the Pogo game site. As to mickin being "de-moderated", that is very sad. I have always found him to be fair, pleasant, and polite. He is the model of what every moderator should be! Have you ever been in a game room where two mods have taken over the chat making their huge pictures (quite a talent) that prevents any chat Now, I find that very annoying! Please reconsider and make this the friendly game site it once was.Flag

He chose to ignore advice regarding his conduct relating to his interaction with others. he has lied in regard to his removal as a moderator, and it has nothing to do with his choice regarding the use of caps. When he comes to realize this fact he will have reached a maturity beyond one of a 6 year old. He commented that his kids should have more maturity than 1 of the other players, my comment is that he needs to re examine his own maturity, as he is lacking in every aspect. I support and defend the position taken by whatgall in the removal of mickin from mod status, as he does not have the maturity nor the intelligence needed to fullfill the duties necessary for the position.Flag

If someone with poor eyesight needs the use of all caps - then that's the way it is! If all in the room are aware of this need, it shouldn't be a problem. If one person in the room objects they can put the all caps person on ignore or go to another room to play cards. I don't understand what the problem is.Flag
