| 104 | Anonymous | This is tough. Local authorities are the ones regulating access-cities and counties. Your petition(s) need(s) to reach each decision making body with a proposed action for that body to take. I don't believe there is one body (i.e. The State of Florida) who can regulate access. Good luck-I support your efforts. |
| 105 | Sally Heath | I could not agree more. Shorebound fishing is the 'greenest' way to enjoy the sport, yet instead of being encouraged it is being shut down all over the state. |
| 106 | Sherrie | Totally agree! Beach, Piers, Intercoastal waterways
are getting less & less friendly to boatless
fisherman, fisherwoman, & fisherkids! |

| 110 | scott holt | Its amazing how much has been taken away from the residents of Florida. I was born and raised here, 37 today, and i have seen more regulations passed and more places to fish taken away.
You want kids to hang in the streets and cause trouble? Well thats what will happen when more rights are taken away. Its not just fishing, but ATV, waverunners, skiing etc, it getting ridiculous. The beaches are for everyone, not just the rich and privledged. |

| 119 | Ricky | Damn right! I'm only 21 and I've noticed this. People come from all over the world to fish south florida only to be turned away! This needs to be dealt with |
| 120 | Murray Maysles | I enjoyed just being able to go to a area and fish for a while when I first moved to Miami some 40 years ago. Now most of the places are gone or we are not allowed on the property. |
| 121 | Jeffrey Best | I have lived in South Florida for 50+ years and remember when I could go fishing just about anywhere I wanted to. Now it is all but impossible to find a spot to fish. I remember growing up and going fishing with my dad all the time. Fresh food and great fun. Now the kids have to hang in the streets. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? |

| 123 | Tyler Walker | Attention should be paid to the limitations imposed on shore fishing around the state of Florida. Equal opportunity please... |

| 125 | Leah Genoun | It is Florida Sport Fishing - not Florida Sport Fisherman. :-) |
| 126 | Jonathan Matthews | There is nothing better then hooking up with a tarpon under a local bridge or catching bonefish on the beach in key biscayne. |
| 127 | William Hubbard | I fish the Brevard County beaches and am apalled that all county beaches close at dusk or 7:00 PM
That eliminates some of the most productive times to fish. |

| 129 | Anonymous | I agree 100%. It is a healthy sport, and the only people that should be chased off the beach at night are people that are up to no good. but of course, since we fishermen try to follow the rules, we are the ones that get diciplined... |
| 130 | DEREK TRANCE | I TOTALLY AGREE IN WHAT

| 135 | Scott Alderson | all state and federal land including all bridges should be available to and access provided for any person wishing to fish there at any time of day or night. |

| 137 | dani dratler | ive lived in south florida my whole life and have aquired some pretty seriours secret fishing spots. now all those spots are either roped off or patroled by cops. lets see what this patition can do. |
| 138 | Paige Strike | Perhaps a massive class action suit is in order? |

| 140 | Pat | I think that it is unfair that they wish to cut of the rights to the little people who have no access to boats yet wish to fish off shore. |
| 141 | Craig Liszt | amen - Miami needs to open up the beaches and bridges to responsible local anglers. |
| 142 | Anonymous | I also am tired of it. Just want to fish, Give us back the beaches. Check out the outer banks of N. Carolina. |
