They could care less of you are happy or if they resolve your problems because they know that if you want TV service you will have to remain with them because you have no other choices. I couldn't even begin to tell you the horrible experiences that I have had with them over the past 2 years !!!!!!!Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 30, 2006Comments: I cancelled SBCHE after 5 attempts (yes 5) the cable installer tried to come by to get the History Channel to work. I made it real simple for him -- "I ordered this package which comes with HIstory Channel ... make it work". Each time he came when i was at work, he left a note saying .. it works. It did not work each time. Finally, i cancelled out of frustration with both customer service and the installers. A month after I sent back the receivers, they SENT COLLECTIONS on me for $800 for supposedly not returning the two satellite receivers and remotes. AFter PROVING to them I sent it back by showing them the UPS tracking numbers, they finally let the collections hounds off. Overall, while i love the management at Piero, their choice of SBCHE makes the apartment building short of perfect.Flag

Please open the contract up to include other provideres so that I am not at the mercy of this ATT Home Entertainment or Dish Network. They both suck.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Sep 26, 2007Comments: ATTHE is truly awful. Constant problems, horrible customer service, poor programming options, pricey, and outdated equipment which doesn't work well. Only one thing is wrong in the petition. You can get HDTV through the new boxes--of course, neither Piero nor ATTHE bothered to tell us when the new equipment was installed to allow for HDTV. Also, most of the contractors who come out to service the boxes don't know how to activate the HDTV since the boxes are outdated. One actually lied to me and said that the DVI port was inactive on the box. You have to (1) change the output option to 1080i or 720p; (2) connect the box via component or DVI. (you can use an HDMI to DVI connector). Unfortunately, the HDTV lineup is poor compared to competitors, overpriced, and often has interference because the transponders keep giving out. (ATT blames Piero for not keeping them air conditioned while Piero blames ATT for the problem.)Flag
