This petition is here to hand deliver to the PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association) that the sideline clearing brawl along with helmet swinging and throwing at this years State Championship Game needs to have a harsh-strict penalty to set an example for future football players and coaches to come in the PIAA.
