Comments: I agree wholeheartedly with this campaign that women should be given the choice of using a clinically proven natural menopause solution instead of HRT.

Comments: I am for natural alternatives to HRT. Having just stopped HRT, I have hot flushes which are very unpleasant, do not feel 100%, and depressed.

Comments: I have tried several treatments during my menopause as I did not want to have HRT. Homeopathy helped for a while but since I have been taking Phyto Soya my 'glows' have reduced greatly & I sleep better.

Comments: I suffer continuous heavy menstrual bleeding and have only been offered tranexamic acid or a hysterectomy because I suffer with migraine. I beleive the menopause is as natural a process as pregnancy - just supervision and assistance is required - not radical surgery and strong drugs.

Comments: I was prescribed HRT 14 years ago being told that when I came off I would have gone passed the menopausal symptoms - untrue - at 65 I am now suffering all the usual problems associated with the menopause. At one visit to my local GP I was prescribed Livrial as not being a HRT product - this was the medication I had been taking for 14 years and when I checked it out on the computer I see it is a HRP product.
