Recently two INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS from PhytoScience Sdn Bhd received a summon from Organo Gold International Inc, citing reason of breaching an agreement with Organo Gold International Inc by the act termed as "Cross Recruiting Activities".

The term by definition is believed to mean that any INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS who chose to become an INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR of another company is FORBIDDEN to recruit an existing member of Organo Gold International Inc. Doing so Organo Gold International Inc. will hold the INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR liable and legally accountable for the loss incurred by the company.

As stated boldly in UPPERCASE under paragraph No. 7 in the “Independent Organo Gold Distributor Application and Agreement Terms and Conditions”,

I UNDERSTAND THAT I SHALL NOT BE TREATED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF ORGANO GOLD FOR ANY PURPOSE. As such all INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS are not legally-bounded with Organo Gold International Inc. and may freely choose to be part of another company.

Based on the extract taken from paragraph No. 7 in the “Independent Organo Gold Distributor Application and Agreement Terms and Conditions”,

I hereby would like to certify that the CHOICE to become an INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR of PhytoScience Sdn Bhd was solely done at my own accord and never in any way was I coaxed to leave Organo Gold International Inc to be a distributor of PhytoScience Sdn Bhd. I studied the marketing and compensation plan and decided for myself that PhytoScience Sdn Bhd offered a plan that suited my business preference.

I am not and never was an EMPLOYEE of Organo Gold International Inc AS AGREED in the “Independent Organo Gold Distributor Application and Agreement Terms and Conditions” document. As such it is MY RIGHT to be an INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR of any network marketing company of my choice, whether invited by a former Organo Gold INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR or otherwise.

I hereby sign this petition as a former INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR of Organo Gold International Inc, in disagreement with the said term of "Cross Recruiting Activities" plus given the fact that I was NEVER an employee of Organo Gold International Inc. As such, I am free to choose whichever company I feel provided me with a better opportunity towards financial freedom.
