In recognizing the Pilots and Photographers of thes Channel 3 and News Channel 15 that brough our community together by their outstanding broadcasting of the news.
We, the undersigned, do formally petition the Mayor of Phoenix, Arizona the Governor of Arizona, Congress and all other members of the Arizona Government to draw up and pass legislation set up up a memorial befitting the memory of: Scott Bowerbank, Jim Cox, Craig Smith and Rick Krolak
We the undersgined also believe taht a memorial such as this would be equivalent in magnitude to stature of other Monuments; and having a large scale, containing appropriate carvings, artwork, and engravings signifying the greatness of these 4 people named above.
