    Comments: It's a great shame that students are compromised in their ability to efficiently and effectively produce the projects and work they have worked hard to prepare. The lack of a fundamental allocation of space or time to complete their work must surely compromise their grades.

    Comments: Im not a student anymore, im 58, French and practicing mobile photography with my iphone 4s, on several communities among which Instagram, IPA, Flickr under the pseudo cclm31. I decided to sign this petition because i think that wherever talented young people gathered to study art with heart and soul, our duty is to help them to work in the best conditions.
