We are hoping that people who know Philip Warren and would be willing if asked to write a Character Reference will sign this petition. We are currently appealing Immigration Canada's decision that Phil is inadmissable to Canada both as a visitor and as a Landed Immigrant. We are hoping that The purpose of this is to convince Immigration Canada or our Minister of Immigration, Diane Finley, that Phil would should be permitted to stay and start his life in Canada.
