PetsMart sells animals everyday but where they get the animals from is a cruel place. They are not properly supervised and are treated cruelly. Rabbits are put in wire cages where their fragile feet are always in danger of slipping through. Animals are forced to breed if they do not do it independently. If animals are loose they are often caught using rough methods that usually injure or kill them. One hamster was loose on a boarding and was stepped on purposely by the supervisor then smashed bye his hand. Without checking to see if it was dead, they threw it in a trash can. One bunny was sanitized with Clorox wipes and then performed on with a very dull knife. Are you willing to spend a moment of your time signing a petition If we do not help we become accomplices.
