We need your help. The Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa, New York has terminated the lease of Pets4Luv effective July 31, 2012. Pets4Luv's grand opening was on Valentine's Day of this year. Many people volunteered their every spare minute to prepare this small space to house homeless cats and dogs and it is heartbreaking to think that in only a few months time they are being forced to start all over. In the few months since they opened to the public the hallway in which they are located came alive. Many people changed their usual entrance to the mall just so they could pass by and see the cats, kittens, puppies and dogs looking for their forever homes. Many of these same people fell in love and after careful screening walked away with a new family member to love and cherish. If for whatever reason they were unable to keep their commitment to their new pet, Pets4Luv welcomed them back with open arms. Pets4Luv is a not-for-profit organization run solely on donations and by people with kind hearts, boundless energy and a tireless commitment to help the helpless and house the homeless among our four-legged friends. PLEASE sign this petition asking the Westfield Sunrise Mall to reconsider terminating Pets4Luv's lease or to offer them a new lease in another location within the Mall. If they don't they will be responsible for an enormous amount of broken hearts and broken promises to the animals that have relied on Pets4Luv to meet their simple needs. The fate of these animals is in our hands. Please Help Us!
