The residents that have signed this petition feel that the office staff and management of The Villas In Westover Hills have neglected to attend to the needs and requests of the residents in a timely or respectful manner. The lack of kindness, respect, and overall action taken by the complex, per the resident's requests and complaints, has led to this petition. Below is a list with just a few of the issues that we, the residents, would like addressed immediately.

*A new, polite, and respectful attitude towards the residents from the office staff and management should be implemented immediately with apologies to the residents for the consistent disrespectful, rude, and often times offensive attitude carried out by the office staff and management.

*Work orders should be completed following protocol, in a timely manner, and residents should be contacted and kept informed of the status and actions carried out by maintenance or outside companies. Also, correspondence between office staff and maintenance concerning resident work orders should be significantly improved.

*Amenities, such as game room, should be maintained so that residents may actually enjoy the amenities we are paying for.

*Residents should be fully informed of all necessary information such as gate codes, yard maintenance schedule, maintenance procedures, and any other information concerning the residents or apartment itself.

*Residents new home should cleaned properly and walked through before new tenants arrive as well as the valet trash can provided, care package, keys, passes, etc. in a timely manner.

*Other issues or concerns may be added to the petition.
