Petition to upgrade Setapak Green Chain Fencing to Brick Wall

This
is an appeal to urge the management and project manager of Setapak
Green to look into the feasibility of having Chain fencing
surrounding the Condo. The
concern is solid mainly due to the security aspect of using chain
fencing rather than traditional brick and mortal wall.

Crime
rates in the City rise tremendously. One of the reasons for people to
choose to stay in a Condo as compare with landed property is due to
the added security and gated compound.

Setapak
Green as a 4 tier security condo portrays security as one of the
marketing material and selling points. Having
chain fencing will undoubtly go against the veiled promise to ensure
top tier security.
