   Comments: recieving communion on the tongue and whilst kneeling will help protect our Lord from sacrilage and carelesness. its a good sign of reverence, adoration and awareness of the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist. i started doing so and noticed the difference, God let me know he's pleased with what im doing, so ill keep doing it.

    Comments: What an effective way to raise Eucharistic consciousness of the living presence of the head of the Body, the Church. A great way for the diocese to start afresh from our Eucharistic Lord. This initiative should be followed up by a systematic catechesis that would lead to regular Eucharistic Adoration in all the parishes in the diocese of Sale.
