Upon information and belief I would like a Petition to Stay for an Uncontested Divorce which was filed on December 13,2012. There are many mistakes in the Divorce papers, one being were not married on December 6, 2011, child is stated as follows: "$1,400.00 One Thousand Fi ve Hundred sixteen dollars. We also did have a proceeding in Supreme Court in 2008. It states that the 2003 BMW is to be awarded to the wife and all other vehicles to the hu.sband. The title was signed over to me, but never changed with DMV because we had an agreement that he would insure the car for one year, but since the car has been in an accident and considered totaled but the husband refuses to give the wife the insurance check. The husband agree to $1,500.00 in maintenance and has not made one pay since the papers were signed. The marriage has not irrevocable for 6 months as we still had relations up until October 14, 2011
