This petition is for the revitalization and restoration of a multi used pier

by the people in the surrounding neighborhoods of zipcode 10029.

The pier which is 0.356 acres is used daily by people who,walk jog,cycle,

skateboard,fish and entertain family funtions,the pier has structual defects,

broken sidewalks,a closed leaky and exposed roof,old rusty and broken

steel wastebaskets and has remained unsightly for years apparently not in

the Parks Department budget or not selected in a timely manner.
