I am writing this petition due to the utter incompetence displayed by our former President, Kenneth Winston Starr in the handling of Baylor University's horrific sexual assault incidents dating back to convicted felon Tevin Elliot dismissed for raping multiple women in 2012 (sentenced 2014). As the figurehead of our Christain University he failed to create a position at Baylor to appropriately overview and investigate sexual assault claims made by University students against athletes (and others) until after the Sam Ukwuachu case received national attention in 2015.

During those three long years, Art Briles dismissed players for sexual misconduct without oversight by the Athletic Director Ian McCaw or our former President Kenneth Starr. This year after the Pepper Hamilton Report, the Board of Regents failed our University by displaying complete cowardice in firing the person lowest on the chain while "demoting" Kenneth Starr to Chancellor of the Law School and allowing him to retain his entire salary, putting the Athletic Director on "probation" (which to my knowledge is just a slap on the wrist), and "suspending with intent to fire" Art Briles; who, out of the three of them, actually took disciplinary measures against sexual violence.

Kenneth Winston Starr has failed our University and needs to experience the full repercussions of this failure of our system that he was supposed to oversee but did not until it was too late. He is not someone who I believe should still be affiliated with our University and needs to be completely removed before Art Briles
