In order to maintain property values and enforce and protect the rights and reasonable expectations of the citizens of Leavenworth to the peaceful enjoyment of their residences and the real property upon which they are situated the undersigned citizens/taxpayers/voters of the City of Leavenworth hereby request the strict and diligent enforcement and oversight of any and all City Codes controlling/prohibiting any businesses located within established Residential Zones from installing upon said business property any driveways that are either gravel and/or are unfinishedunpaved.
