PETITION TO POATRI BOARD OF DIRECTORS

We, the following undersigned, hereby request that on January 31, 2015, that the Board of Directors vote to remove Directors Don Ferguson and Dave Howe from the sitting board in accordance with Article 4.05 e for violations of their fiduciary responsibilities and advancement of their personal agendas to the detriment of the association.

We are seeking concurrence of at least 10% of the membership or 265 persons to sign this petition to support the board in this action.
