We incorporate this petition to remove Darlene Porter because she is continually harassing Tenants.  Telling Tenants that they aren't allowed to do things, then she does the things she said Tenants could not do. Examples : 1) Tell tenants no one allowed after 10 pm, that it's QUIET time, then she has people over.  2) Tell Tenants that no kids allowed outside without parent and she allows her kids outside.  3) Using profane language towards tenants. Just to name a few.
