This petition calls for a special meeting within thirty days of twenty percent of homeowners where 67% of the votes at the meeting will be considered a quorum to request the removal of board member Emanuel Thomas to end the division in the HOA and in the Hubbard Falls Community. Recent history has proven that said board member's behavior has served to obstruct the fiduciary responsibilities of the previous board, and continues to impede the day to day operational needs of the community. The community finds such obstructionist behavior unbecoming of a board member, and believes such behavior further undermines the safety and stability of the community. On behalf of the community, this petition calls for the board to re-elect Leon Pack who has volunteered to return to the board. Mr. Pack has valuable HOA experience and has served the community well in the short time in office as president, unfortunately he was driven to resign as a result of the division and infighting that occurred. The community understands that the professional conduct of board members are governed by stat laws for non profits and call on all board members to sign a code of ethics and email policy to protect the health of the community and confidentially of homeowners.
