We the people of New York State request Governor Cuomo to invoke the Moreland Act to investigate the Miscellaneous Contractual Services account controlled by Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver.
In light of recent revelations that this account has been used to cover up sexual misconduct by legislators and their staff, the people have a right to know if there have been other misappropriated uses of funds from this account. Furthermore, we demand that Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver resign from the Assembly.
