Recently a competition was held to create a banner for Horse Phenomena. One of the rules was that the banner was to be the artist's original work. That is to say that it could not even utilize anything that presented to the public as free stock. Not only did Blitz disregard this rule in the creation of her banner, but she blatantly violated federal law with her use of this font, which clearly states that it is not for commercial use: http://www.fontspace.com/donna-j-morse/dj-horses-1 We the players of Horse Phenomena feel it is a farce that the rules of the game are enforced by someone who not only breaks them, but violates copyright law.
