The signers of this petition are residents of Jefferson Place Condos. We are located on the north side of Engle Road east of Jefferson Blvd in Fort Wayne. Our development is 2,000 feet from the Frontier Region Headquarters at 8001 W Jefferson Blvd. We are aware that Verizon Communications had planned to build fiber optic cable in our development, but that for some reason the project was stopped. We are petitioning Frontier to re-examine the decision and build the facilities necessary in Jefferson Place to provide high-speed internet service, quality telephone service, and video. Having Frontier's FiOS services available here would provide much-needed competition to Comcast.

The signers of this petition will consider signing up for Frontier FiOS services (pending an agreement between Frontier and the Jefferson Place Board of Directors) if the service charges are reasonable and are competitive with Comcast (or its successor).
