To Whom It May Concern:

We, the below signed have signed this petition to inform you of a tenant; one named Jerry Pyle who resides in Bldg. 5, apt. 526, who has been a nuisance, a threat to us and has made us feel unsafe in our homes...

Jerry Pyle has been knocking on our doors everyday, at all hours of the day and night. He has been told by several of us, I, Robin Masters and Victor Day to name 2 people who have told him to his face to stop knocking on our doors. His mother has been informed of this continual behavior and the Police have been called on several occasions. Mr. Pyle has also tried to open our doors and we have witnessed our door handles being turned down, and when we open our door and step out, Mr. Pyle has been there. He denies he was the one turning our door handles, but he is the only one out in the breezeway or standing by our doors.

He has as well, stolen property from his neighbor, to wit: a small tin bucket or pail if you will, to hold cigarette butts. He has returned said property to owner only to steal it again. When the Police are called out to talk to him, he locks his door and refuses to open it.

These aforementioned behaviors are in violation of the Cimarron Springs Apt. Lease Contract, specifically #20 Prohibited Conduct.

We, the aforementioned tenants do not feel safe with him living here. He is a nuisance and a thief and cannot control his behavior. He has been told at least one hundred times through the years and recently to please, DO NOT knock on my door or the other doors of certain tenants and he has not complied.

We ask the Management of these apts. to please read and listen to our complaints, as Mr. Pyle's behavior is getting out of hand and no one can control him.
