Parents and CMS students and Citizens of Mecklenburg County hereby petition CMS Board of Education to:
- implement a comprehensive education program that includes alcohol and drug use prevention education that must be available to every child in North Carolina schools in kindergarten through high school; and
- to provide staff development to train educators and support personnel to implement a comprehensive alcohol and drug use prevention education program.
