I Diana Brown am Petitioning the Court to change or modify parenting time. I am Currently Residing at 1745 Wells Road Apt. 401, Orange Park, FL, 32073. I am asking the court to award unsupervised visitation with Gavin Hoyt, Sarah Hoyt, and Brandon Hoyt at this location. Since I have moved out of State as of December 15th, 2011, I can not attend supervised visitation in Kansas. The reason the court awarded Custody to Mr. Dunlap and ordered Supervised Visitation was because supposedly my whereabouts were unknown at that time. Since then I went to Supervised visitation as Stated six times, Three of which I actually got to see my children, and discontinued Visits Due to an attorney issue as well as it was causing My three children undo stress and was what I deemed unhealthy to them mentally, as they were not allowed to ask questions Nor was I allowed to answer any questions they had regarding why I wasn't being allowed into their lives. I have FULL SOLE custody of my 5 Year old Son Deryk Self, and Have had full sole custody of him since birth, this in itself proves I am not an unfit parent. I am currently going back to school to improve my financial situation. I am asking the court to fairly distribute Parenting time Unsupervised in this matter. I am willing to Provide Proof of Residency if The court so orders. I am asking That the Court find that the Current Custody and Parenting time is no longer in the Childrens Best Interest and Award Unsupervised Parenting time During Holidays and the Summer Months as well as Spring Break and Winter Break. I appreciate your time and Consideration in this Matter.
