We Summit Medical Group, the tenents, that reside at Arbor Lane Properties in Dearborn Heights, Michigan located on Silvery Lane petition to object to the construction of a third and unnecessary MRI Magnet CON (Mobile MRI) at this address. There are currently two certified and active CON certifications on site. To obtain a third CON certification at this address would be unnecessary, noisy, and an inconvience to residental neighbors, patients, and not to mention . If a third CON is to be certified at this location, it will eliminate much needed handicap parking for our elderly and surgical patients.
