These temperatures are not safe. A multitude of schools, businesses, and organizations are already closed tomorrow, including a government building in Indianapolis. Yesterday, the Mayor of Indianapolis asked buildings to close today due to the cold, and it will be just as cold tomorrow. Anderson area schools were cancelled today, and will most likely be cancelled tomorrow as well.
