This petition is concerning a bankruptcy case filed in1991 in the court house on Cadman Street in Brookyln, New york. I filed for a Chapter13, case and soon afters I became incompetent and insane and my case was deleted as such that I lost all of m properties. No one served me with a summons from the courthouse and explain to me that I needed a guardian to be n charge of me in order that I maintain and keep my properties. The Real Estate Law n New York states That if you are 15 years old or less and is incompetent or older nothing can be taken from you. That law is found in the Barrons Real Estate Leadership Book on Page 25 and 28. I was not appointed a guardian nor was I notified of a foreclosure pending upon my properties. My guardians since I found out about the law in the Real Estate Booklet are as follows: Cheryl Matthews, William Walker and Dwane Lewis. From 1991 up to now I attended a hospital program in Long Island East and lived at a Group Home attended by a guardian for nine years in the meantime I was able to take medications and attend meetings that were held at the hospital program. My children have taken care of me since then in their homes and I have been hospitalized several times since then. All of the dates are on the computer from day one up until now in which I am under a program call Bell Therapy Group. I am given home visits and medication each day of the week and am allowed to try out taking medication on my own for two days per week. In the interim my status is that I need to keep a guardian for the next coming years in order to maintain and upkeep my properties which should be given back to me shortly. I remain an inpatient clinic worker for the state of New York City as soon as I am back to work that means I was given a chance to go to college to get a degree and I received one in Psychology Christian Education so that I can help the poor and homeless and the infirmed too. I remain yours in happiness and courtesy. Mildred Lucille Henry
