The KapKa Board Member Selection process is f&$*ed up! It is complex, not transparent and just plain ol' silly. Well! to change the process which is dictated by our bylaws, we need to amend the bylaws. But we cannot amend the bylaws until we can get 25% of the community members to sign a petition indicating that they are in favor of bringing the matter to a vote before the whole community. So here is your opportunity to sign the petition electronically, which then allows us to bring the amendment to a community vote.

NOTE: This is not a vote for the change, but only to bring the change to a vote. If you are thoroughly confused by this clarification, we rest our case on the need to change this convoluted process.
