This petition is intended to show the Powers That Be that it is the belief of the People that Tom should be given his birthday copy of Mass Effect 3 as soon as possible. The People acknowledge that Tom's birthday is not until April and fully accept that tradition would dictate that birthday presents, as a general rule, are not to be given early. However, in these dire times, the People feel that extenuating circumstances exist that would call for the Powers That Be to make an exception to this rule. We the undersigned believe in this petition and wish our voices to be heard.
