I fully support this Petition to eliminate the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and replace it with the FairTax. WHEREAS, the current U.S. tax code is widely regarded as unfair, complex, wasteful, confusing and costly; WHEREAS, the Internal Revenue Service is acknowledged to be deeply flawed, mismanaged and has victimized many innocent taxpayers; WHEREAS, the current regressive Social Security/Medicare payroll deduction system (FICA) places a heavy burden on low/middle income and self-employed people; WHEREAS, the American people deserve a tax system that enables workers to keep their entire paycheck and retirees to keep their entire pension and social security benefits – no more withholding, payroll, or income taxes; Closes all loopholes and treats everyone uniformly and fairly; Funds Social Security (FICA) benefits at today's levels through the sales tax revenues; Frees individuals from ever filing a tax return again, restoring personal financial privacy; Abolishes the IRS and ends all personal audits of individual taxpayers; Eliminates all hidden federal taxes making the cost of government 100% visible; Brings accountability to federal taxing and spending policy; Lets American-made products compete fairly in import and export markets; Allows every household to buy their basic daily necessities tax-free. 
 THEREFORE, I, the undersigned, do hereby fully support and encourage every member of the Arizona Congressional Delegation and my two US Senators to openly support and, if possible, co-sponsor H.R. 25 / S. 13, which would effectively abolish the IRS and replace it with the FairTax, a simple federal retail sales tax, administered by the individual states, and levied equally to all eligible Americans.
