We the players of The TribeZ game would like you to fix the following problems with the game.
1. The Halloween quests "search and find" drop rates will be impossible to finish in the time given.
2. All of the “search and find” quests take way too long to finish. Ensure that the quests remain fun.
3. There have been many players whose games start over at level 1 after your updates. Why isn’t our game progress “saved” on your end so this can be fixed for those players? Your only answer is that the player must start over…this is unacceptable.
4. Please stop with the pop-up about buying “storage space”, it pops up way too much.
5. Find out why the game won’t load for some players.
6. Gifts are not working, collect coins from some houses don't work
We would like more support and assistance when we have problems with our games.
7.Players have to provide proof of purchase as GameInsight does not have this.
8.Players opening up land expansions early and are unable to complete quests when it does come up.
