I'm requsting for a different judge because:

1. The judge has never explored my side of the situation.

2. He is more concerned that I might hurt my daughter but if he got to know me & my side
he would see the diligent mother I am.

3. He acted different because of my mental issues.

4. He took in no reguards that I'm the one who raised her for six years.

5. I went to every doctors visit & Birmingham hospitals visits.

6. I fixed breakfast and walked her to th school bus stop & also watched other children.

7. I sang to her as I tucked her in bed at night.

8. The list could go on & on -
