I am asking that my monthly amount in child support be considered for modification. I have been paying 50% of my total income for 5yrs in child support. My arrears continue to grow because I do not make enough money to pay the ordered amount each pay period. This amount exceeds 20% of my monthly take home and does not factor in the other 3 kids I am legally obligated to support. I have tried several times to get the amount lowered and I am never succesfull. Please consider assisting me in this. My take home is less then $1500 a month.
