This petition is to waive the fees to run for office for James Snodgrass. This is for Benton County residents. NOTICE TO VOTERS: A person who is unable to pay the required filing fee to become a candidate for nomination or election to public office may have the fee waived by petition. Valid original signatures of one voter registered in the political subdivision the candidate seeks to represent are required for each dollar of the filing fee. Additional signatures may be submitted. Voters may sign regardless of party affiliation, and do not forfeit the right to vote in any election. This is to certify that we, the undersigned, are duly registered voters, residing within the County of
Benton, State of Washington, and do hereby request that the filing fee for
James Snodgrass filing for the office of Senate Legislative District #8 be waived.
