This is a petition requested to be signed by the people of the United States of America, on behalf of Tracey Wheeler, who was accused of dealing in cocaine and sentenced to 35 years in prison. Not for a non-violent crime or a crime against children, people or property, and is not more of a danger to society or the State of Indiana than Bradley Locke, who was convicted of a sex crime against a 4-year old girl and sentenced to 2years home detention. Joshua Hall, who also was convicted of a sex crime against a child, received an even lesser sentence. Therefore this is a grand petition for Tracey Wheeler and on his behalf, requesting a reasonable and significant sentence reduction to be fully granted.
