Name: Proud Wife Of John Doe 94 on Sep 19, 2012Comments: This is the reason this lawsuit was intended for. I stand by my husband's story of the accounts that occurred to him 30 years ago. His fear overtook him from speaking then, but his fear now is that this priest will do this again so he had to speak out.Flag

Name: Jose Rabassa on Sep 19, 2012Comments: I believe the Archdiocese of Miami has a very poor job in dealing with issue. We should not have to resort to this petition. They are creating a huge rift in our very solid community due to their lack of resolution. When this occurred the first time around we stood together and supported Father Garcia even though the resolution was not the expected one as the Archdiocese settled the lawsuit with his accuser. Our Children do not need any distraction an definitely not to be placed in the position to make decisions when it comes to their faith. We do not need to have him represent our School and Community. We need a new face and message to sent to us from our Catholic representative – the Archdiocese of Miami needs to take ownership of this very PUBLIC Problem that keeps tarnishing the Image of our School and Church.Flag
