Msc Committee of Esade expelled me(Anshul Rajput) by mentioning plagiarizing and Continuous Cheating which is not the whole truth because firstly during MIP program I never copied nor assisted in it and the student who did it has already confessed everything to the professor and to his HOD, secondly for Business in Society presentation in October I copied slides from Internet  (unknowingly of the consequences) but these slides were not presented in the class nor submitted on the intranet as H.W. because my group didn’t agreed to do it and they mailed Prof. Mark about this. Afterwards I and my group discussed everything and decided that this is our internal issue and things got sorted out.

When the suspension letter was given to me I was not given chance to prove my point and stopped from speaking they stated that I knew the consequences after the MIP incidence (but at that time I was asked to retake the exam because of the assignment ). They say I don’t listen to their point. So I went personally after that to talk to each of them who signed my expelletion letter.

PERSONAL MEETINGS

Prof. Mark said he simply forwarded the mail that my group mailed him. After 1 week Prof. Lidya asked him to sign my expulsion sheet and he had no say in it.

Prof Jaime said his decision was based on the documents (BIS group mail sent) which Lidya showed him.

Prof Lidya said "No one can do anything in this matter"

Director Olaya said to talk to Lidya as she herself can’t do anything only Lidya can change it.

Other Prof.’s said we had no say on this decision and had given positive and neutral reviews and no one recommend my expulsion (as Lidya Ros told me that all of my professor’s recommended it).

The professor's also told me that they have mailed Lidya to re-consider the case as Suspension was not the right step taken.
