Hi. You're all probably wondering what this is- so let me tell you. As of February 22, 2012, I was suspended from BCC campus until August 1, 2013. I was suspended because during the midst of a very heated argument, I grabbed the arm of another student and pulled them outside of the Student Activity Center lobby against their will. This has been my second offense with that same student, and BCC decided to suspend me from the college until the time of their graduation. I've made a lot of decisions I regret in the past few years at ECHS, but this has by far been the worst. I cannot attend ECHS due to being suspended from BCC, and I will be attending North Brunswick High School starting February 27, 2012. The actions are no one's fault but my own, and I take full responsibility for them. I'm sorry for giving our school a bad image. However, I wish to appeal the decision to suspend me. I am allowed to bring in relevant witnesses and evidence to prove that I am not such a threat to the BCC campus that I must be suspended. I am planning on attending counseling for my actions in order to absolutely minimize the chances of something like this ever happening again. I would like for all of you to please help me get back into BCC, and thus ECHS. All of you have been my friends at one point or another, and hopefully still are. I wish for a petition to be signed, in person, from as many people as possibly agreeing that I should be let back into the school. I feel as if presenting this petition to the Disciplinary Review Committee will show that I am a responsible student and I can conduct myself as such on a college campus. The exact times and places where the petition will be have yet to be decided. Please let me know when would be the best time for you to take a minute and walk into the courtyard to sign this.
